Anthony Michael Sneed: Overcoming Obstacles

We’ve all had moments in our lives where we think “this could either make me or break me.” For Anthony Michael Sneed, that moment was when his right hand got crushed in an accident when he was just a child. Not only did this permanently disable him from using his right hand, but it caused his brain to readjust, and it forced Sneed to become ambidextrous. The struggle between the right and left sides of his brain due to the trauma impeded intrigued and inspired Sneed, and he decided to use his disadvantages to create art that really pops.

Isaac Hayes III is a man of many hats, much like his late father, Isaac Hayes Jr. The 36-year-old Atlanta native and founder of the social media app Fanbase shares a couple of the same job interests as his dad. Hayes III, like his father, did find early success in music. As time progressed, his focus shifted to helping others gain ownership of their content. A conversation with the elder Hayes helped him realize the unfairness so many artists experience within the music industry, as well as the latest wave of content creators on social media platforms.
